@SAINTxLUCIFER Yes , when you push to take a shit they swell and fill with blood around the butthole. The blood eventually goes back out, but the stretched skin and veins stay there. Sometimes there are internal hemorrhoids that that hang out of the butthole and need to be pushed back inside with your fingers 🤮
