Terms & Conditions
Updated : July 25, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms & Age Requirements
By accessing or using Kill TV, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including the binding arbitration clause and class action waiver outlined in Section 11. Your use of this platform demonstrates your agreement to be bound by these terms.
Kill TV (www.killtv.me and associated mobile/web services) is a U.S. based adult-only digital marketplace operated by Kodacore LLC (“we,” “us,” or the “Operator”). The Platform allows third-party creators (“Merchants”) to upload and sell digital content, and allows users (“Users”) to purchase, upload, and engage with that content under these Terms.
Age Restriction & Verification
Kill TV is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Access by minors is prohibited. By using the Platform, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old and of legal age in your jurisdiction to view adult content.
- You accept full responsibility for your use of the Platform and any content you upload or access.
- You understand that violating these Terms may result in suspension, account termination, or legal consequences.
In some states, we may require Know Your Customer (KYC) age verification, including government-issued ID or other documentation, to comply with local laws.

2. General Platform Rules

In accordance with 47 U.S.C. § 230(d), you are advised that parental control tools are commercially available to help restrict access to adult content. Examples include: CYBERsitter™, Net Nanny®, CyberPatrol, and ASACP.
2.2 No Prostitution or Trafficking
You may not promote, solicit, or facilitate prostitution or sex trafficking on Kill TV or link to external content that does. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

- Cooperate with law enforcement or respond to subpoenas
- Change payment processors or system functionality
2.4 Limited License to Use
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use Kill TV for personal, lawful use only. We may revoke this license at any time. Kill TV may not be compatible with all devices. We may update the platform without notice.
3. Member Responsibilities and Representations
By using Kill TV, you represent and warrant the following:
- You are of sound mind and over 18 years old at the time of access and registration.

- You agree to receive electronic communications (e.g., email, SMS) from Kill TV.
- You consent to the processing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- You understand direct messages between users may be monitored and are not confidential.
You may not:
- Impersonate others or mislead users
- Request money, favors, or off-platform contact
- Harass, defame, or threaten anyone
- Share or collect personal data, including contact details
- Attempt to arrange in-person meetings or exploit users for personal gain
- Deploy bots, malware, or any code that interferes with Kill TV systems
Violations may result in immediate removal from the platform and legal action.
4. Accounts & Content
4.1 User Accounts
To register as a User, you must provide a valid email, username, and password. Kill TV may also request a verified phone number for SMS authentication or future feature access.
We may require identity verification (KYC) to comply with state-level ID laws.
Kill TV does not store your payment data.
4.2 Merchant Accounts
To sell content on Kill TV, you must complete a Merchant application and be approved at our sole discretion. You may be required to submit legal documents, ID verification, and agree to content compliance terms.
Merchants receive payouts to a designated wallet (e.g., USDT, Bitcoin). It is your responsibility to keep wallet details accurate and up to date. Kill TV is not liable for missed or misrouted payments due to invalid wallet addresses.
Merchants also agree that Kill TV or its verification providers may collect biometric data (e.g., facial scan, ID geometry) from your content or submitted documents for identity checks and compliance purposes.
4.3 Account Responsibilities
By creating an account on Kill TV, you represent and agree that:
- All information you provide is truthful and accurate
- You are responsible for all activity on your account
- You will protect your login credentials and report unauthorized access immediately
- You will not share, rent, or sell your account
- You are not using the platform on behalf of a previously banned user
- You will not use unauthorized third-party processors or off-platform transactions
If acting on behalf of a business, you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
4.4 Ownership & License of Uploaded Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Kill TV. By submitting content, you grant Kill TV a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, host, and operate your content on the platform.
4.5 2257 Compliance (Record-Keeping Requirements)
If you upload any sexually explicit content to Kill TV, you are considered a “primary producer” under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
You must:
- Maintain age verification records for all individuals depicted
- Ensure all individuals were at least 18 years old at the time of production
- Make records available for inspection as required by law
Failure to comply with federal record-keeping laws may result in account termination, withheld earnings, and referral to law enforcement.
4.6 Co-Authored Content
If your content features other people (“Co-Authored Content”), you must:
- Maintain valid ID and signed consent/release documentation from all participants
- Ensure any sexually explicit content complies with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping rules
- Provide proof of consent or age verification if requested
- Wait for verification before public posting, if required by Kill TV
- Not access another user’s account or credentials
- Remain fully responsible for any third parties you allow to manage your account
You are solely responsible for dividing any revenue generated from Co-Authored Content. Kill TV is not a party to such arrangements and assumes no responsibility for enforcement. You release Kill TV from any claims related to disputes over Co-Authored Content.
4.7 Account Deactivation
You may deactivate your account at any time via your settings. Some data may be retained as required by law or for compliance reasons.
5. Purchases, Payments, and Payouts
5.1 Koins and Wallets
To make purchases on Kill TV (e.g., subscriptions, pay-per-view content, tips), you must first preload funds into your account wallet as Koins.
Koins:
- Are used exclusively on the Kill TV platform
- Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
- Cannot be transferred or used outside the platform
- Are strictly non-refundable
You may not split a single purchase between Koins and other payment methods. If your wallet balance is too low to complete a transaction, the purchase will fail until more Koins are added.
Kill TV may, at its discretion, grant Koins to users through features such as loot boxes, achievements, promotions, or giveaways. These Koins have no cash value, are not redeemable or withdrawable, and may only be used within the Kill TV platform for eligible content or features.
5.2 One-Time Purchases and Tips
Users may use Koins to purchase content or send tips to creators. All such transactions require Koins to be preloaded into your wallet before use.
5.3 Payment Processors
Kill TV uses third-party payment processors—including traditional and cryptocurrency platforms—to handle all payments. Your payment information is stored securely by those processors, not by Kill TV. You are responsible for complying with their terms and resolving any issues that arise from your use of their services.
5.4 Refunds
All purchases are final by default. Refunds may be issued only in limited cases at Kill TV’s sole discretion. Wallet funds, Koins, and virtual currency payments are not guaranteed to be refunded.
5.5 Virtual Currency
Kill TV may accept cryptocurrency (such as USDT, Bitcoin) for purchases or payouts. Acceptance of crypto is discretionary and may change without notice. Crypto payments are irreversible. Refunds, if offered, may be processed in either crypto or equivalent fiat value, subject to administrative fees and availability. Kill TV is not responsible for market volatility or loss of value.
5.6 Taxes
Kill TV may collect and remit sales, value-added, or digital services taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) where required by law. If we exceed applicable sales thresholds in your country or region, we may be obligated to collect tax at the local rate.
However, due to the anonymous and decentralized nature of cryptocurrency payments, Kill TV may be unable to determine your jurisdiction or tax status. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes not collected by Kill TV.
5.7 Payment Issues
If you believe a payment or transaction was processed incorrectly, you must email [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction with a detailed explanation. If you fail to report the issue within that timeframe, you waive your right to dispute it.
5.8 Chargebacks
If your account is linked to a chargeback, we may suspend or terminate access immediately and withhold funds or features as necessary.
5.9 Merchant Earnings and Payouts
Merchants receive earnings from subscriptions, content sales, and tips according to the Merchant Terms. A valid payout method (e.g., crypto wallet) is required to receive payments. Kill TV may deduct amounts related to chargebacks, fraud, or Terms violations before issuing any payouts.
6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
6.1 General Guidelines
You may only use Kill TV as permitted under these Terms. You may not access or use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. You agree not to violate any law or third-party rights, or to interfere with the integrity or security of the platform.
6.2 Prohibited Content and Behavior
You may not upload, share, or engage in any activity on Kill TV that violates U.S. federal law or these Terms. Specifically prohibited:
- Content that violates federal criminal statutes, including those listed in Key Legal Rules
- Sexually explicit content involving actual minors or lacking required age verification (see Section 4.5)
- Non-consensual material involving criminal acts (e.g., extortion, unlawful impersonation)
- Content that incites or solicits real-world violence or illegal activity
- Depictions of simulated non-consent, restraint, or intoxication are permitted only if clearly fictional, consensual, and legal
- Fraud, phishing, scams, or attempts to bypass payment or identity rules
- Unauthorized access to, or disruption of, Kill TV systems (e.g., malware, scraping, bots)
- Identity theft, stalking, or unlawful surveillance/data collection
You are solely responsible for ensuring all individuals depicted in your content are adults who have provided documented, written consent where required.
6.3 Merchant-Specific Rules
Merchants must act in good faith toward Kill TV and its users. Specifically, merchants may not:
- Misrepresent content or sell fake “live” streams
- Accept stolen credit cards or assist in fraudulent transactions
- Solicit travel, meetups, or offline sexual activity
- Leak personal user data or harass users
- Post content in public spaces visible to non-consenting parties
- Defame, disparage, or misrepresent Kill TV online or elsewhere
Violations may result in permanent ban and forfeiture of earnings.
6.4 Enforcement & Liability
Any violation of this section may result in content removal, account suspension, withholding of payments, or permanent ban—without prior notice. Kill TV reserves the right to take legal action, including reporting activity to law enforcement or seeking civil relief. Any unauthorized use of Kill TV or its systems is a violation of U.S. and international law.
Kill TV may withhold revenue from content that violates these Terms and redirect it to affected users or refund buyers at our discretion.
6.5 Reporting Violations
To report content or users who violate these Terms, use in-platform reporting functions or email [email protected] with all available details: URL, username, time/date, and a clear explanation. Merchants are required to report any violations they witness or become aware of.
Knowingly failing to report a violation may be considered complicity.
6.6 Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We comply with subpoenas, court orders, and legal investigations. If your actions cause Kill TV to incur legal fees or investigative costs, you agree to reimburse us.
6.7 External Links
You may link to Kill TV if done legally and without implying endorsement. We may link to third-party websites, but we do not control or endorse them. Access external sites at your own risk.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform Ownership
All content on Kill TV — excluding User Content — is owned by Kill TV or its licensors. This includes software, designs, text, media, layout, and functionality. These materials are protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and related laws.
You may only use the platform content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from it unless we give you written permission.
Permitted exceptions:
- Temporary browser caching or RAM storage during use
- Files automatically stored by your device for viewing (e.g., browser cache)
- Use of accessibility tools (e.g., screen readers or assistive technologies)
- Lawful indexing by search engines that follow robots.txt
- Short excerpts used for commentary or review under U.S. fair use
- Content caching by legitimate ISPs or CDNs for technical delivery
Any other use is a violation of these Terms. If you misuse Kill TV content, we may revoke your access and require you to delete or return any copies.
7.2 Trademarks
The Kill TV name, logo, and all platform branding are trademarks owned by us or our partners. You may not use them without written permission. Other trademarks shown on Kill TV belong to their respective owners.
7.3 DMCA and Copyright Claims
We comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyright has been infringed, follow the procedure in our DMCA Policy to submit a takedown request. We may remove the content and, in some cases, suspend or ban repeat offenders.
8. Disclaimers and Risks
Kill TV is provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties permitted by law. If any disclaimer conflicts with local law, only that portion is limited—not the rest. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
9. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Kill TV uses SMS only for account registration or login verification.
- No promotional or marketing messages will be sent
- Standard message and data rates may apply
- You may opt-out by texting STOP to:
+1 (702) 330-3166 or

10. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kill TV and its affiliates, partners, employees, and contractors are not liable for:
- Errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in any content
- Injuries, damages, or losses caused by your access or use of the platform
- Conduct of other Users or Merchants
- Unauthorized access, data breaches, or security incidents
- Sales of third-party content or services

- Hardware/software incompatibility or access delays
- Losses caused by failed uploads, payments, or transactions
We are not responsible for any:
- Lost profits or revenue
- Business interruption
- Emotional harm or personal injury
- Data loss, privacy loss, or reputational damage
- Damages caused by reliance on platform content
If you're unhappy with Kill TV, your only remedy is to stop using it. Our maximum liability to you under any circumstance is $100 or the amount you paid us, whichever is greater.
11. Release of Claims
By using Kill TV, you waive all claims against us related to:
- Content posted by other users
- User disputes, impersonation, or harassment
- Off-platform interactions or violations
- Content that offends or distresses you but complies with our Terms
We are not liable for third-party behavior or how users interact with content.
12. Complaints & Reporting

- Your name, username, or email

- Description of the issue (e.g., underage, non-consensual, spam, IP violation, etc.)

We aim to review and respond within 7 business days. Content found to be illegal is removed immediately. We may suggest using block features for interpersonal conflicts.
Appeals: If your content was taken down, you can appeal via email. If there’s a consent dispute we can’t resolve, we may escalate it to third-party arbitration, with expenses allocated as determined by the arbitrator.
Repeat violators or extreme cases may face account termination and a permanent ban.
DMCA disputes follow our DMCA Policy and applicable law. Notices must be directed to our registered DMCA Agent.
13. Disclaimers and Legal Limits
Some laws may not allow full waivers of warranties or damages. If any part of these Terms conflicts with local law, only the unenforceable part will be limited — not the rest of the Terms. Nothing here removes any protection you're entitled to under applicable law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kill TV and its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, and contractors (the “Indemnified Parties”) from any loss, claim, damage, cost, or legal expense resulting from:
- Your use of Kill TV
- Any content you post, upload, or share
- Your violation of these Terms or any law
- Any alleged or actual violation of a third party’s rights (including IP, privacy, or publicity rights)
- Any fraudulent, negligent, or criminal behavior tied to your activity on Kill TV
- This includes any events, acts, or omissions related to Paragraphs 6.6 and 10 of this agreement.
“Loss” includes all liabilities, court judgments, settlements, legal fees, expert fees, fines, and other costs — whether direct or indirect.
If we believe you may be responsible for a claim, we’ll notify you (if contact info is available). Failure to notify you right away does not waive your obligation, unless the delay clearly harms your ability to defend yourself.
We may choose to handle the legal defense, or ask you to take over — but if you do, you must not settle the case without our written approval if it imposes penalties, admits fault, or fails to release us from liability.
Users may not act on behalf of Kill TV or represent Kill TV without explicit written consent.
This indemnity does not limit other legal rights we may have under contract or law.
15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
15.1 Binding Arbitration Agreement
You and Kill TV agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, these Terms, or any services provided by Kill TV shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration. This includes all claims, regardless of when they arose or the amount in dispute.
15.2 Negotiation
The parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by emailing Kill TV at [email protected]. Your message must include your name, contact info, a detailed description of the issue, and your desired resolution. If the issue is not resolved within sixty (60) days of receipt, either party may proceed to binding arbitration.
15.3 Governing Rules and Location
Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules or similar agreed upon Kill TV. Proceedings will be held virtually or in Clark County, Nevada, at Kill TV’s discretion.
15.4 Arbitration Decision
The decision of the arbitrator will be in writing and binding on you and Kill TV, and judgment to enforce the decision may be entered by any court of competent jurisdiction. You and Kill TV agree that dispositive motions will be allowed in the arbitration.
Except as explicitly set forth in this arbitration section, the arbitrator, and not any federal, state or local court or agency, shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes arising out of or relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability or formation of these terms of service, including, but not limited to any claim that all or any part of these terms of service are void or voidable, whether a claim is subject to arbitration, and any dispute regarding the payment of AAA or arbitrator fees (including the timing of such payments and remedies for nonpayment).
15.5 Authority and Sanctions
The arbitrator must follow these terms and can award the same damages and relief as a court. The arbitrator has the right to impose sanctions in accordance with the AAA Rules and procedures for any frivolous claims, improper claims, or submissions the arbitrator determines have not been filed in good faith, as well as for a party's failure to comply with this Section or claims filed on behalf of a claimant who is not party to this agreement.
No arbitration award or decision will have any preclusive effect as to issues or claims in any dispute with anyone who is not a named party to the arbitration.
15.6 Waiver of Jury Trial
ARBITRATION MEANS THAT YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. In some instances, the costs of arbitration could exceed the costs of litigation and the right to discovery may be more limited in arbitration than in court. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU AND Kill TV ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
15.7 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any claims or disputes must be brought solely on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims from multiple individuals or preside over any class proceeding.
16. Miscellaneous
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Kill TV. They replace all prior agreements about access or use. Any additional posted terms apply only to their specific content or features.
16.2 Assignment
Kill TV may assign or delegate its rights without notice. You may not assign your rights without prior written consent.
16.3 No Waiver
Failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver. Any waiver must be in writing and apply only to that instance.
16.4 Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified or removed to the minimum extent required. The rest remains in effect unless it defeats the agreement’s core purpose.
